A 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding economic opportunity through financial education, mentorship, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community partnerships. Charitable donations to the Foundation support youth programs, financial literacy, and community initiatives.

Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC
A separate, for-profit financial technology company. It builds and operates the software platform, subscription plans, and — under separate written agreement — done-for-you credit-related services. It is not a bank, lender, or loan originator, and it never guarantees approvals or outcomes.

Built by someone who had to learn it the hard way.
Carl D. Cheatham didn't grow up hearing about generational wealth. He grew up watching his Houston community trade time for tips and get told that credit was a mystery only the wealthy understood. So he taught himself the CFPB, FCRA, FDCPA, and every consumer-protection law that touches a credit file — and rebuilt his own credit from the ground up.
The information that changed his life was legally public — but nobody in his neighborhood had ever seen it. Millionaire Mindsetters is his answer: a foundation for the community, a technology platform for the tools, and a promise that nobody gets locked out of a house, a business, or a career because they were never taught how credit works.
