The Story
Chapter 01 · The Beginning
Carl D. Cheatham didn't grow up hearing about generational wealth. He grew up watching his community trade time for tips, work paycheck to paycheck, and get told that credit was a mystery only the wealthy understood. Every question about money got the same answer: 'That's not for us.' So Carl decided to make it for us.
Chapter 02 · The Turning Point
After building his own credit from the ground up, learning the CFPB, FCRA, FDCPA, and every consumer protection law that touches a credit file, Carl realized something painful: the information that changed his life was legally public — but nobody in his neighborhood had ever seen it. He decided to become the person he wished he had.
Chapter 03 · The Foundation
A 501(c)(3) built on one simple promise: nobody in this community should ever be locked out of a house, a business, a car, or a career because they were never taught how credit works. What started as one-on-one conversations in Houston became a foundation serving youth, adults, women, families, and entrepreneurs across the country.
Chapter 04 · The Legacy
Everything Carl builds is being built twice — once for the community, once for his son. Because when you build knowledge today, you create opportunity tomorrow. And every child deserves to grow up in a household where wealth isn't a mystery, it's a plan.

Founder's Vision
I never imagined that my journey would lead me toward building technology.
My original goal was to help people understand credit, money, business, employment, and opportunity.
But as I continued working with individuals, families, and entrepreneurs, I realized that many of the problems people face are connected.
A person may need financial education, job training, mentorship, business guidance, housing support, and access to trusted resources at the same time. The information exists, but it is often scattered across different organizations, websites, programs, and systems.
That is what inspired the vision for the Millionaire Mindsetters Community Technology Project.
I do not want to build technology simply to say we created an application or platform. I want to build something that helps people find the right information, understand their next step, connect with real opportunities, and believe that a better future is possible.
This project is not fully built yet. It is a vision we are actively working to develop.
We need donors, corporations, technology professionals, educators, employers, mentors, and community leaders to help us build it responsibly.
I believe that when education, technology, mentorship, and opportunity come together, lives can change. We are inviting the community to help us build the future.
