Program Agreement

This Program Agreement summary applies to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond programs. The full binding agreement is provided during checkout and enrollment.

Educational nature. Program content is educational and coaching-focused. It is not legal, tax, investment, or lending advice.

Done-for-you services. Any done-for-you credit-related services are performed by Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC under a separate Service Agreement executed at enrollment.

No guarantees. No credit score improvement, tradeline reporting, deletion of accurate information, funding approval, loan amount, grant, interest rate, or specific financial result is guaranteed. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot legally be removed simply because it is unfavorable.

Participant responsibilities. You agree to provide truthful information, complete assigned action items, and comply with applicable law.

Term. Diamond includes a twelve-month executive mastermind. Other programs run until completion of scoped deliverables.

Diamond members are recognized as an "Executive Mission Supporter" and are not partners, owners, investors, joint venturers, agents, or board members of the Foundation or Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC.
