Refund & Cancellation Policy

Program payments. Payments for Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond credit programs are enrollment or service-related payments made to Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Program Agreement and Service Agreement, which are provided at the time of enrollment.

Cancellation. You may cancel a program at any time by written notice to Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC using the contact method specified in your Service Agreement. Refunds for services already rendered may be prorated in accordance with the Agreement and applicable state law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act where applicable.

Charitable donations. General charitable donations to Millionaire Mindsetters Foundation are non-refundable unless required by law. Donations processed in error may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting the Foundation.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions directly.
