Our IRS Determination Letter formally recognizes Millionaire Mindsetters Foundation as a federally tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

A copy is available below for review by prospective donors, grantmakers, corporate partners, and government agencies.

We are preparing a public-facing financial dashboard covering revenue, program expenditure, fundraising costs, and administrative overhead — all reported on a fiscal-year basis.
