Smarter Choice Service Agreement

Provider. Done-for-you credit-related services are provided by Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC ("Provider"), a separate for-profit company from Millionaire Mindsetters Foundation.

Scope of services. Provider may perform document preparation, dispute correspondence, credit-report analysis, tradeline coordination, business-credit administration, and related administrative work as specifically scoped in your executed Service Agreement.

Credit Repair Organizations Act. Where applicable, Provider will provide the required consumer rights disclosure, a written contract identifying services and fees, and a three-day cancellation right in accordance with 15 U.S.C. § 1679c–e.

No guarantees. Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome, deletion, credit score change, funding approval, or timeline. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot legally be removed.

Fees. Fees are as stated at checkout and in your Service Agreement. Provider will not charge for services not yet performed except as permitted by law.

The full binding Service Agreement is provided at the time of enrollment and supersedes this summary.
